Dear Friends:

Ready or not the Holiday Season is here and we are already in full swing on the Boulevard.

Dates to remember:

• Closed Thanksgiving Day November 24th
• Closed on Friday November 25th
• Closed on Monday December 26th
• Closed Monday January 2nd

Delivery customers have been (or will be) notified of any specific changes. Call our Customer Service Hotline if you have questions. (It's our regular phone number, hotline just sounds impressive).

It is our goal not to disappoint anyone ... if there is a "got to have" request, call us ... we will work to help you solve those last minute special customer needs.

Just a reminder...Please inspect your merchandise before you use it. When we send out a bad product (which despite our best efforts we will do from time to time) we will drop to our knees and beg for forgiveness and then replace it ASAP. We also review all returns with the appropriate company personnel to insure we do not repeat our mistake. But, when it has been cut or fitted, sometimes the appropriate company personnel wonders when that scuff or dent occurred. We will probably still drop to our knees and replace it but we might be muttering bad things under our breath as we do ... so please try to help us out.
