News from the Boulevard
October, 2006 - Picture & Frame Industries
Dear Friends,
Hard to believe that we are already through September and that the Holiday Season is quickly coming our way. Things on the Boulevard are good and we are readying ourselves for a fast paced end of the year.
Recently, we were asked by a supplier about our key to success. Very simply stated...
INVENTORY & ATTITUDE
Inventory - With our sales continuing to grow we are putting lots of pressure on Bob (our intrepid purchasing manager) to keep us in a good stocking position and he is trying hard to do just that. He also claims we are making his hair fall out ... it is a tough job!
Attitude - That’s the role of every PFI employee to try and assist in anyway possible. We do not like to disappoint. Many of you already know what I am talking about, it’s our “can-do” approach and we will take that extra step whenever possible.
Sometimes when we miss on "inventory" let our "attitude" assists you in finding suitable options.
Other reminders ...

From Missy and Patric ... as we get to the busy season please try to place your orders early allowing us enough time to accurately process and prepare them.
